Account & Data Deletion

If you can access Spry, delete your account directly in the app:

1. Open Spry on your Android device.
2. Sign in to the account you want deleted.
3. Go to Settings or Account.
4. Choose Delete account.
5. Review the warning and confirm the deletion prompts.

In-app deletion deletes your Firebase Authentication account and account-linked Spry data that Vibe Coding Basics LLC controls. If any Spry data exists only on your device, you can remove it by clearing app storage or uninstalling Spry.

If you cannot access the app, request account and data deletion by email. Send the request from the email address associated with your Spry account when possible.

Email vibecodingbasics@gmail.com with the subject line "Spry account deletion" and include the Google Sign-In email address for the Spry account you want deleted. We may ask for information needed to verify that you control the account.

We respond to deletion requests within 30 days unless a shorter period is required by applicable law.

When your deletion request is completed, we delete or de-identify the Spry account data we control, including your Firebase Authentication account, account identifiers, and account-linked app data such as saved progress, preferences, and entitlement linkage where applicable.

We also request deletion or de-identification of related service-provider data where available and appropriate, including RevenueCat customer identifiers associated with your Spry account.

Some records may be kept when needed for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, billing, dispute, or compliance reasons. Google Play and RevenueCat may retain purchase and subscription records according to their own legal and platform obligations. Google AdMob advertising data and UMP consent records are handled according to Google's policies. Support emails are deleted on request unless we need to keep them for a legitimate reason.

Deleting your Spry account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel through Google Play if you do not want future renewal charges.

You can cancel in the Spry app where a manage-subscription link is available, in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions, or at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
